Courses held in Nottingham

Courses held throughout the UK

1) The AKT (Applied Knowledge Test) represents a significant change in the format for the nMRCGP. This is the first time that a UK medical exam will be delivered through computer testing.

With this in mind, we have carefully prepared a selection of over 1000 practice questions accessible online. We have also included information on how to answer specific questions likely to be asked in the AKT and other nMRCGP examinations. We aim to continually develop the website adding a further 1000 questions by October 2007!

2) Gwent in South Wales are holding a course on the new MRCGP exam in 2008. Click here to see their flyer and click here to see the application form. The difference from the previous flyer is that we are informing everyone of the March 2008 (originally planned for 15th w/e but brought forward to 1st & 2nd weekend) course which is suitable for candidates who are doing the nMRCGP CSA in April/May 2008. There are also closing dates for the respective courses. There are still some places left for the January 2008 course. We hope to limit the number of candidates to around 40 to provide better training for the candidates.
