We provide a comprehensive program for each successful applicant.
Learning is centred around whole day learning
every fortnight, monthly locality based learning based on
your General practice and monthly assessment and monitoring
of progress.

daily debriefs whilst in practice and weekly practice
tutorials.
In addition, there are specific on site courses
including:

Induction 2 day course for those new on the
scheme at a residential country hotel away from Nottingham

MRCGP 2 day course held twice a year for GP Registrars
wishing to sit the MRCGP examination.

Family planning 3 day course. Successful candidates
obtain the theory part of the Family Planning Certificate.

Child Health Surveillance 3 day course held twice a
year

Minor Surgery 3 day course held twice a year
