Curriculum: This relates to the nMRCGP curriculum

 

These sessions are arranged locally to occur during the week of the Wednesday. For GP based GPR's, the date, time and place for GPR training will be decided by the group and group facilitators. For both GP based and hospital based GPRS, with Self Directed Individual e-Learning, the GPR is to use the Curriculum as a guide to areas of learning for self study at times outside the normal GP/Hospital working commitments.

 

Allocated session with Educational Supervisor to review progress. The Educational Supervisor is the Trainer of the Training Practice the GPR will be in their final year of General Practice

He also talked about ‘Grand Rounds’ in Primary Care around HCE /Chronic disease conditions on Thursday lunchtimes mainly for GPStRs
