Three Deaneries - Training Criteria 2006

These are the documents that relate to the criteria for GP Training for the year 2006. These are used in the formal assessment of GP Training practices and GP Trainers

  • Claim form for expenses, lecture fee claims etc to the Deanery. This is an Excel spreadsheet.

  • Approval report document: Document TA11 This is the approval report document used in the formal visit for new Trainers.
